I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you too
http://www.beautifulhamesha.com/Hair-Gro鈥?/a>What do you think is the best shampoo to promote hair growth?
dove intense damage therapy has worked for me.
its not as effective as taking vitamins, but i'm happy with the results.
I use Burt's Bees shampoo. It smells good and makes your hair super soft. Its not really the shampoo, though. Make sure your hair isn't getting too much damage from appliances (straighteners, etc) or harsh hair colors. Get the ends trimmed every couple months to get rid of split ends, and that will also prevent your hair from splitting all the way up to the root, which is obviously bad. Also try taking vitamins that promote hair and nail growth, I've had luck with those.
I'm not sure about shampoo, but i take GNC Hair Skin and Nail vitimans and they do wonders for all of them!
Mane and Tail shampoo....they sell it at CVS its a white bottle with a blue cap.....even if it doesnt make your hair grow (which it works for some, not for others), it will make your hair super healthy and shiny
also take prenatal vitamins....they have stuff in there thats good for hair growth
and fish oil supplements for healthy hair
:)
there is no shampoo that will promote hair growth, they are simply made to cleanse your scalp and strands.
Any over the counter products contain the same wax as floor polish and will weigh down your strands and cause them to snap off.
Go to a salon and try some professional brands, I love the strength line by Paul Mitchell. The super strong liquid treatment is astonishing!! I suggest it to all of my clients that want stronger hair after a chemical service!
Shampoos can't make your hair grow it grows on it's on about a inch to an inch in a half a month...... (:
