What kind of vitamins promote hair growth? I know biotin but what others (details)?

I want to grow my hair out (afro style)

I want to get dreads before the school year is over in June.

Right now I have no hair. So I know that biotin promotes healthy hair is there anything else?

Is there a multivitamin that promotes hair growth? What kind of vitamins promote hair growth? I know biotin but what others (details)?
There are vitamin formulas called 'hair, skin, and nails' that promote healthy growth of all three.

As for individual vitamins... Vitamin E is VERY healthy for your hair. The B vitamins are always a good bet and you really can't go wrong with Omega Fish oils. What kind of vitamins promote hair growth? I know biotin but what others (details)?
Stimulation is the best thing. Brushing, combing and/or massaging the scalp will stimulate the blood circulation that feeds the papilla which feeds the hair root to make the hair grow faster. Also, regular trims. Getting the split ends off every 8 weeks or so will elimate split ends to make the hair stop the splitting process and continue to grow as it should
protein, makes your hair grow.

i read it in a medical book
Vitamin B complex
Just answered a similar question. California Natural Hair Vitamins are great for fast hair growth and are fairly inexpensive compared to other vitamins like Hair,Skin. %26amp; Nails.
