Do rosemary oil promote hair growth or is this another hoax?

im not quite sure about rosemary oil, i haven't heard much about it.





patchouli is very effective for hair growth stimulation. there are a lot of new organic products out there that contain this plant.Do rosemary oil promote hair growth or is this another hoax?
I heard it stimulates mental activity, I guess It wouldn't hurt!
