yes and no. they dont make your hair grow, however, they keep your hair shaft from breaking off, which makes your hair seem longer because as it gorws its not being broke off like it normally would be if you werent using the nourishing cream.
I have never tried hair nourishing creams but I have been a user of fishoil pills and they make your hair grow long and strong as well as promote healthy bones and esentail vitamins needed daily. I highly recomment them, you can get them at your local trader joes, or henrys, any place that sells organic items

im using one now. i wouldnt say it neccarly speeds your growth but it makes your hair healthy enough to grow better. if you want faster growing hair i reccomend hair skin and nails comes in a pink bottle. it gives you the vitamins your body needs to grow your hair (:
