How much should I eat of it in a day?What Foods Help Promote Hair Growth?
Protein - Meats, eggs, beans


Iron - Spinach, Asparagus, Broccoli, most seafood, beans, eggs


Essential Fatty Acids - walnuts, canola oil, fish, soy


Vitamin E - avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil


Vitamin B - Oats, barley, wheat bran, avocado, salmon, Brazil nuts





You should try to follow the food pyramid. Just eat healthy and try to get a little bit of everything in and you'll be fine. Nothing in excess is ever good. Also, massage your scalp daily. It'll help with circulation which in turn can promote hair growth.What Foods Help Promote Hair Growth?
instead of using vegetable oil, olive oil or other type of oil when cooking or preparing food, use corn oil instead it promotes hair growth =)
olive oil, bee pollen/ wax, fruits, vegetables, water, and LESS or NO junkfood.
