it makes it strong and shiny i don't know about helping it grow, maybe since it makes it strongerand has tons of vitimins in it

There is no shampoo or conditioner that guarantees hair growth... it may help keep it shiny or strong but will not help it grow... Get on a good multivitamin daily one with folic acid and minerals... It'll help your hair grow faster, stronger and is overall great for your skin, and nails. Good luck
