It can. Any health food provides nutruion and protein. But if u want to make ur hair grow faster, follow this simple routine :)





-wash hair every other day, shampoo and condition. Dont condtion if u have oily hair





- dont brush ur hair when its wet or comb





-massage ur scalp for about 5-10 min each day





-do a hot oil treatment to provide hair growth.





- eat healthy food nad drink lots of water, but eat egss two times a week because it contains biotion which provites hair to grow and eat meat too





-avoid heat, like blow-dryers, flat ironers, and a lot of sun. When washing ur hair, dont blow-dry, just leave it out for it to dry on its own because blow-drying can cause hair damage. I think any vegetables or vegetable juice definitely helps. It is good for your body, skin, and hair.
