Hey i dont know about any vitamins but i use ';main and tail'; shampoo and conditioner and it really makes your hair healthy and helps it to grow faster...hope i helped! :D
I'm not sure if you are male or female, so this answer could be wrong for you. I'm on a prenatal vitamin (to prepare my body for pregnancy.) My hair and nails are growing like crazy.
