You're thinking about hemp oil, not marijuana. And nobody in their right mind puts Vaseline on their hair. Yuk. The two plants are in the same family group but completely different; one can be made into rope and many other fine products, the other gets you high when you smoke it. They are not interchangeable.
Yes, it is used in lesser known hair products created in South American countries. Its not bad, and if you need a quick fix, just burn your hair!!! Its easier to pull that off in church.
Marijuana is illegal, so good luck finding it in hair products.
