What's good to take or put on your hair for promoting hair growth?

I know there isn't anything out there that makes your hair grow faster. But, besides giving yourself a scalp massage are there any products or anything you can take that helps atleast a little bit.What's good to take or put on your hair for promoting hair growth?
I don't know if any dramatic changes will occur but I've heard fish oil supplements might help. I think the most significant thing you can do to promote hair growth however is too keep your hair really strong and in good health. Good shampoo will help with that and I've heard Mane 'n Tail is a good one to try, also a leave in deep conditioner will make your hair really strong and less prone to damage.





Also contrary to popular belief trimming your hair does not make hair grow faster, but trims on a regular basis will stop split ends meaning less hair that needs to be cut off.





All of this might help but all in all good nutrition is probably the most sure thing. Eat well and stay healthy, and lastly if all else fails longhaircommunity.com has lots of helpful tips on growing out hair. I've been to that site before and it has pretty good advice.

I lost ALOT of hair during menopause, and did alot of research, so now I take large doses of Biotin, it is water soluble, so does not build up in our system, I also bought pure Jojoba Oil, and add a few drops of Rosemary essential oil, and I massage a few drops into scalp every night, wash it out next morning , will take a few months to see a big difference, so I will keep using it another 4 months, to see any changes. I also massage pure coconut oil into my scalp at bedtime, also aloe vera gel, use them every night, switching the aloe with the coconut oil.You need to go on-line to natural products to regrow lost hair, and you will find alot of usable information. Eating healthy is the key and drinking a ton of water too,you can also take Biotin vitamins as well,these help with the hair and I also take Omega fish oil supplements as well,now some people claim that Mane and Tail shampoo help grow the hair,you can find all of these things at Walmart,hope this will help you out,make sure to have your dead ends trimmed off your hair at least every 8 weeks for optimal hair growth,Tomb Raider.

there are growing hair pills you can take. but most of them make ur hair fall out so im pretty sure u donjt want tht but kevin murphy, mane N' tail its for horses but i have it and it helps if u get mane n tail and massage it helped me alot but kevin murphy is just healthier for ur hair but its expensive! mane n tails is for humans to!
