i have dark brown hair and its really thick. i use olive oil like every other week to make my hair softer and give it more shine.


for me about 1/4 a cup or olive oil is enough


then i put it in bun and let it sit for about 30 minutes


(if u take a shower with the olive oil still in, the steam makes it work better!)
No, but olive oil is okay for your hair. (But not too much because since it's an oil, it'll make your hair oily.) There's not a lot you can do about hair growth, but if you massage your scalp that stimulates hair growth. Hope I helped! :)
