..i know rogain helps grow hair. usualy you can get it at shoppers. but i suggest getting a scalp massage at a salon. scalp massages help move around your blood circulation in your scalp...and inside your scalp you have all those follicles,..well in each follicle you have such a thing called a papilla..and more blood supply that goes to the pappilla,..your hair will grow. your papilla is attached to all your nerves, bloodvessels and folicles. and also if your papilla is damaged..thats why hair wont grow back,..or thick like it use to. massages are very good to loosen that tension in your brain and also just the relaxation tops it off. P.s ..i duno if u kno this but if you wear hats too often, your hair cant breathe so it sufficates and no air circulation can get to it...just not good to wear all the time :)...im sorry i dont kno too mabey shampoos but to be honest..im a hairstylist and ive heard of some(dont kno the names)..but they really dont work that great and its a scam-waste of money. i just suggest trying herbal pills,..or good vitamins, and keep up with scalp massages because protien and blood supply is the best way to achieve more growth and better hair. in other cases some people just loose hair. its called alopecia. or otherwise just genetic lol.. hope i helpd. good luck.What are some shampoos that promote hair growth?
...well u can always just get enough vitamin D, enough omega 3 fats, by a charcoal filter for ur shower head and stay out of the sun to help ur hair out a lot with everything...but a shampoo that helps with that is mane n' tail...it suppose to be so amazing...its more about brushes and conditioner...being gentle on the hair is the key to a good grow out...use a boar hair brush, u know the softer bristles, dont brush it a lot and dont put stress in ur hair, like tight pony tails or teasing.
