I'm a bit curious to whether any of the following either help hair growth or healthy hair??

Can you use the following on your hair?

Camphor 0.10% (used in Moisturizing cream/gel

Aqueous Cream (BP)

Aloe Vera

Is it also okay to do a condition mask on your hair for about 20min every two-three days??

Please note these are note stupid questions, i'm serious and would like serious answers please.

Ok,the Camphor idea is probably based on the fact that ';menthol'; stimulates skin/scalp when applied topically,it's probably ';ok';,but I'm going to suggest you not do it,just b/c there are so many better ways, and the menthol *might* cause a slight ';burn'; if you are sensitive.

The Aqueous..never heard of it lol

Aloe Vera is not bad for hair,it's good, but it's no better than most other ';average'; hair ingredients.

Yes,you can use a mask 2-3 times a week, just keep in mind not to ';over-product'; your hair/scalp,you could end up clogging your scalp too.I'm saying that only b/c I know people are going to bombard you with all kids of oils/ect to slap on your hair lol

Now,the following is my personal advice from studying hair/scalp health and growth patterns, and also Beauty School.....

Hair grows between 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month, sometimes faster/slower depending on health/diet/the individual.

Eat lots of protein, hair is made up of protein/keratin,so get your meat, milk, eggs, fish, nuts, ect.

Take a multi vitamin every day,to make up for anything your not getting out of your every day diet.

Take a hair/nail/skin formula every day.

Take Omega 3,6%26amp;9 Complex every day

Biotin 2,500 mgs per day(to help with hair health, possibly growth too).

You can massage your scalp during shampooing too(5 minutes once a day),that increases circulation, which helps w/scalp health and growth.

There is NO ';magic'; shampoo/oil,ect that will help, hair grows from the INSIDE of your body, not the ends of the hair. That's why diet is so important. However good hair products will help by keeping the outside/look of your hair healthier, protect it from breaking.

Try Loreal EVERPURE shampoo/conditioner,it is SULFATE-FREE,sulfates(sodium laurel/laureth sulfates) are BAD for your scalp/hair.They are used in cleaning products, like garage/floor cleaners, and they are in your current shampoo, can almost garuntee that(go check your lables),they are in 90% of shampoos, including Main N Tail,Pantene, ect

Good Luck!
The products u have listed are fine to use in your hair, how often u use them depends on the texture of your hair. If u decide to use different products, make sure they are water based and lack mineral oil. Also, use product sparingly or else u will clog the pores on your scalp. Oh yeah, wash your hair every 3-5 days depending how oily it gets, don't use excessive heat daily and don't over kill with combing %26amp; brushing. =-}
Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the time and it makes your hair grow faster. You can find it at walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or

luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.
