What can i do to promote hair growth?

ok so I'm a 16year old male and my hair is thinning ,I can see my scalp. I need thick hair and fast, my life is only beginning please helpWhat can i do to promote hair growth?
thinning hair can't mean the end of your 'life'. thinning hair can be hereditary, or genetic... there's a lot of stuffs that can promote hair growth, but do they guarantee it? will it last a lifetime. i don't think so. they'll just suck out every penny you've got with no satisfactory-long-lasting results. save your money on something else...

the best thing is, accept it as is. there are lots of fashion styles that comes cool when you're bald or some say 'skin head'. my hair is not thinning but i prefer 'skin head' it feels so cool on the top and you can actually feel the air in your scalp. besides it's summer, i need all the 'ventilation'.What can i do to promote hair growth?
First off, you could take advantage of this, and just shave your head completely. Many teens have grown fond of this style.

But if you're not ready to 'Bic It,' my recommendation would be to see a doctor. He may recommend something like Rogaine, or he may say there's nothing that can be done, or possibly recommend a hair transplant, who knows. Also try talking to your dad (if you can). Is he bald? When did he start losing his hair? I believe hair-loss is usually a genetic thing.
It could be just a temporary condition, in whihc case it will mean you have some deficiency of some kind, which willmena only one thing - get proper medical advice from a doctor. At least iof you tell him/her that you think you are ill with a problem they will not dismiss you as just being a teenager worried about growing up, you have an actual condition which you require them to treat, I hope it work sout for you.
Vitamins that contain biotin and NIOXIN shampoo %26amp; conditioner. The mutli vitamin hair vitamins that i have are nasty, huge, and hard to swallow, but i take them 3 times a day and i see results.
