They do. They are called Hair, Skin and Nail's Pills. Also a good one is Prenatal vitamins. I've been using them and I see a big change.

prenatal, ginkgo bioma I've heard is suppose to help grown hair, and the green tea vitamins. anything that is suppose to stimulate your brain helps grow hair, it helps bring more blood to your head which in turn not only helps your brain, but your scalp. you can also rub your head, the stimulation adds more blood to your head. that's why men loose hair on the top of their heads, but not on the side, that stimulation from the pillow while they sleep brings blood to the side of their heads. good luck!
