Do you know anything that can promote hair growth?

I have changed my hair color at leat 5 times during th year and I'm loosing way to much hair i stop changing the color but still my hair is very thin now.Help!Do you know anything that can promote hair growth?
Sounds like a reaction to hair coloring, but it could also be nutritional, or even hormonal---women around menopause do lose more hair---or a combination.

Don't brush or comb your hair when it's wet and don't towel dry or use a hair dryer. Let it dry naturally and some of the hair problem will end.

Second, use henna (Google it or ask at health food stores)not hair dye. Henna is a natural herb that coats the hair shafts and makes hair look thick and shiny. It's a little messy, but worth the effort.

Start eating better and treating yourself better. No junk food, no alcohol (and don't smoke), and lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Make those the basis of your meals.

Take a multivitamin and multimineral every day.

This is a start. Also, reduce your stress if you're in a stressful time in your life.

Use Hair Thicker Shampoo

Makes Your Hair Look Fuller.
You have abused your hair some. Your stylist can suggest a shampoo or treatments. Good nutrition also goes a long way.
Try taking a vitamin called BIOTIN and using a shampoo and conditioner with proteins and vitamins.
